The shoe storage space at the entrance is cramped, making it unpleasant to retrieve shoes!!! The enforced 11pm curfew feels strict, leaving no room for late-night adventures!!! Be prepared to haul your bags up numerous stairs!!!

Sunshine B&B in Jiufen really impressed me! The staff's hospitality stood out. They greeted me warmly and helped with directions and tips for local attractions. My room, a Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, offered breathtaking views that exceeded expectations. The cozy, industrial designed space added a unique touch, making it an inviting retreat after a long day of exploring. The bed was super comfortable, perfect for snuggling up on chilly nights. Breakfast each morning featured a simple but filling menu, and the hostess even prepared a vegetarian option just for me, which I appreciated. However, the stairs presented a challenge. The property is on the fourth floor, and climbing up and down after a long day wasn't easy, especially with luggage. Despite this inconvenience, the location was fantastic, just a short walk from Jiufen old street yet quiet enough to escape the crowds. Overall, this place felt like a lovely hideaway amidst the busyness of Jiufen.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored the nearby old street and the gold mine museum, both within a nice walking distance. The accommodations were super clean and spacious, and breakfast was simple yet delicious. The air conditioning worked great, making our stay more pleasant.

the stairs were tough (especially with luggage! ). but the location is super convenient, just steps from the bus stop and old street! surprisingly spacious room and super clean, which made for a comfortable stay!

We stayed in a large room with a stunning sea view. The decor was so cute, and everything felt super clean. The breakfast was really tasty too! Just a heads up, there’s no lift, so be ready to climb some stairs after a long day exploring Jiufen.
